Dramatic Scenarios
AKT scenarios are custom written for our clients and are developed to reflect the particular circumstances of an organisation.
By showing people what behaviours look like, and by demonstrating consequences, we can take our audience to the heart of an issue quickly and effectively. Interpersonal relationships can be complex and the medium of theatre lends itself to the exploration of this complexity.
We employ diagnosis and intervention techniques – where participants "curiously inquire", coach and give feedback to characters, either in small groups or in plenary. The actors then work on an improvised outcome to reflect this which they present towards the end of a session.
AKT scenarios can be performed for large audiences – sometimes hundreds of people in a conference setting.
