Forum Theatre
A scenario-based technique that allows participants to ‘stop the action’ in order to suggest different approaches and tactics. Forum Theatre workshops are usually built around a brief performed scenario illustrating an imperfect set of circumstances. Forum Theatre encourages participants to consider and observe alternative ways of working.
AKT Forum Theatre workshops often build towards opportunities for our participants to sit in the ‘hot seat’ and try things out for themselves.
Forum Theatre workshops can be delivered for as many as 30 participants, but in order to allow a reasonable degree of participant engagement, we usually work with around 15 people.
