Simulators
A theatre simulation is a technique developed by AKT which enables participants to engage with a fictional business challenge in a safe and supported environment. Individuals, working as teams, might address issues such as crisis management, corporate communication or change strategy. Simulators present ‘in the moment’ opportunities to plan and react.
AKT develop a realistic business situation and provide briefing materials for our participants who are asked to respond to a variety of leadership tasks. These tasks might be in the area of prioritising, briefing or responding to changing circumstances. AKT performers play a variety of roles and engage with participants throughout the simulator process.
Simulators are an excellent means of allowing participants to test their skills as part of a broader learning process. Simulators are generally developed for participant groups of fewer than 20 people.
