We offer many different and complementary services and these are delivered via individual workshops and conferences or large scale programme roll-outs. Some of our clients commission bespoke workshops which look, sound and feel like their world. We design these by spending time in the organisation and carrying out research which is used to inform the script that will be the basis of the intervention. The facilitated workshop programme is then designed in close partnership with our client.
Other clients make use of one of our existing workshops, with facilitation tailored to their specific needs.
As part of a workshop, we offer expert input and models based on current thinking in psychology and management. We give opportunities to practise the behaviour-based skills required to build, change and maintain a client’s vision of their culture.
We also design and deliver follow on interventions, through which we build on the gains of an initial workshop or series of workshops in order to support the change process.
Our workshops are evaluated and this can offer particular benefits to an organisation. We can provide analysed data in detailed, readable reports which helps clients to understand the immediate impact and benefit of an intervention. This can then also provide a baseline from which to track longer term effects.
