One of our clients asked us to adapt the live safety programmes we’d been running prior to the pandemic, into online sessions which their teams could attend remotely. After filming the scenes on location we put the programme together and it has proved to be a huge success. Although the experience is different to that of a live delivery, there is still much to be gained from the conversations which develop during a virtual programme, especially when the characters you’ve just seen on film join the session in person and interact with the participants. Even when the live workshops return, AKT will continue to run online programmes because they are engaging, cost effective and highly convenient, especially if your workforce is located around the globe.
