One of our clients asked if we had any programmes which examined Diversity, Inclusion and Fairness, and at the time we didn’t; but we do now. Our latest online programme explores the importance of diversity, inclusion and fairness in the workplace and looks at the advantages of a diverse workplace. It considers why humans have a tendency to stereotype people, and why we all have inbuilt biases which most of us may need to challenge in order to get the best out of our colleagues and ourselves.
