We delivered our riser safety programme, What Goes Up, for a client who isn’t in the construction industry; in fact it’s an industry which would be considered far more high-tech.

AKT was proud to be asked back to Tokyo to deliver this year’s ISCN-WINS nuclear security conference.

Managing change can be tricky, as can talking about it, which is why our management of change programme, Foreign and Domestic, is so useful. It addresses the elephant in the room and is the catalyst for good conversations  which might otherwise be left unspoken.

So good to celebrate another successful year with all our associates at the AKT Christmas Party! It’s so important to thank people for all their hard work, and what better way than a party in the festive season!

Our safety culture programme, A Simple Change to the Plan, continues to engage and empower Rolls-Royce employees. This time it was in Bristol, and the response from the attendees was as enthusiastic as ever.

Our hard-hitting People Plant Interface programme Excluded delivered once again, this time for Mace. Great work by the whole team, lead by the highly experienced Simon Snashall.
