Before we embark on a new piece of work for Ferrovial, myself and Andy Powrie are conducting a climate survey to gauge the organisation’s opinions on a range of topics.

The management of change programme, Foreign and Domestic, which we’ve been running for one of our clients in the nuclear industry continues to be very well received and is also a firm favourite with the AKT delivery team because they get to play spies!

The immersive event room is ready for another group of participants. The programme runs all day but once it starts it seems to fly by, which is sure sign that it’s engaging people and making them think about safety in a new and interesting way.

After delivering the WINS/JAEA/ISCN conference in an online, virtual environment for the last 2 years, it was fantastic to be able to go back to Tokyo and deliver this year’s conference in person again.

Lots to celebrate this year, not least being able to have people together again for the Christmas Party!

The room is ready, the team have rehearsed, all we need now are the National Highways participants and we can get this Wellbeing programme started!
